Report Timing & Prioritization:

The standard turn-around time for a report request is approximately 2 weeks, due to the high volume of requests.

Reports are prioritized per the criteria below.

  • System failure risk (reporting for diagnostics);
  • External compliance (audits and the like);
  • Payroll/Budget-related items;
  • Requestor
    • President’s Office;
    • Executive/Chancellor;
    • Multi-Campus/multi-department;
    • Single campus/single department.

Every effort is made to efficiently turn around report requests and to consider report breadth and scope.  For example, a lower priority report that is simple to complete will often be done more rapidly than 2 weeks.  Conversely, a complex report may require additional analysis and coding (and, therefore, time).

We request your understanding in emergency request situations.  The attention given to these reports may impact other reports in queue.  We will communicate with you should this happen and will make every attempt to get you the data you need as quickly as possible.
