Marjorie "Marj" Brown
As the Director of the HR/AA office, Marj is responsible for the University's compliance with state and federal civil rights laws which protect employees and students from discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, sex, national origin, religion, age, and other characteristics. She also performs human resource management functions in relations to faculty, administrative, and professional employees. Marj has a Masters Degree in Adult and Higher Ed from MSU and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montana. Marj can be reached at 406-994-2042 or marjb@montana.edu
Diane Letendre
Diane is the Human Resources Compliance Manager for the HR/AA office. Diane facilitates the search processes for faculty and professional vacancies; completes investigations of discrimination and violations of the non discrimination policies and provides human resource management assistance. Diane has a Bachelors degree from MSU in Public Relations and has achieved certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Theresa Marchwick
Theresa is the "shared" Administrative Associate in the HR/AA and Internal Audit offices. Theresa is the initial contact for visitors and callers for both offices and provides coordinated support services in the daily management of both offices.
