1.
Possesses,
sells, trades, transports, gives away or manufactures an article or substance
which contains any quantity of a substance classified as belonging in Schedule
I of the Federal Controlled Substances Act, except peyote in the Native
American Church; or
2. Sells, barters, plants, cultivates, produces, gives away, or possesses marijuana; or
3. Violates any provision of the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
4. Drug abuse is a Class A offense*.
*Fine not to exceed 5,000.00 and a term of imprisonment not to exceed 1 year.
