Montana State University has a policy of prosecuting fraud, and is usually successful in obtaining favorable judgment. Managers or others who suspect fraud in their unit should contact the Office of Internal Audit, the Office of the Legal Counsel, or the Director of University Police.
Internal Audit suggests that they should be very specific in their allegations.
