As the result of a recent “e-government” initiative, the State Procurement Bureau has implemented a “One-Stop” website to provide interested vendors with the convenience of searching one website for current bids and proposals for all State Agencies. 

Links to all formal solicitations and evaluation committee meeting postings issued by MSU-Bozeman and affiliated campuses will be available on the “One Stop” website http://gsd.mt.gov/osbs/Default.asp. Formal solicitations include the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and the Request for Proposal (RFP). Also available at this site is a link to the State Vendor Handbook and Registration information. 

To easily access all current bids and proposals for Montana State University, open the website shown above, select Bids and Proposals, then select Montana State University as the issuing agency, or go to the following URL: http://gsd.mt.gov/osbs/Results.asp?AgencyID=MSU1. 

Contract awards for all State Agencies are available at http://gsd.mt.gov/business/contractawards.asp.
