PRACTICES

PREREQUISITE: Junior standing
or permission of instructor

the Rockies staff, the course
will introduce students to
the museum profession with
emphasis on collections and
exhibitions. Topics covered
include museum missions, object-based
learning, collecting theory,
curatorial research, managing
collections, and developing
exhibitions.

research which may culminate in a research
paper, journal article, or
