Tuition Waivers
Tuition: Undergraduate students holding Montana University System Honors Scholarships, Montana American Indian tuition waivers, Montana Veteran's tuition waivers or Montana citizens sixty-five years of age or older are exempt from tuition. Undergraduate students with scholarships may be exempted from tuition, in amounts to be determined by the scholarship committee depending upon funds available for this purpose.
Professional and non-professional staff employed at least three-quarter time are exempt from tuition for six credits only. First-time undergraduate dependents of employees with five or more years of service employed at least three-quarter time are exempt from 50% of their tuition.
Student Activity and Health Service Fees: Students who are required by the university to complete their entire semester's work off campus and more than fifty miles from Bozeman are exempt from Student Activity and Health Service Fees as are professional staff and non-professional staff employed at least three-quarter time.
In Absentia: Students registered in absentia pay only the registration fee.
