Grant Writing
Pre-Award Services (for those writing a proposal) |
- Assist with identifying funding sources
- Assist in preparing a human subjects proposal
- Facilitate a peer review of a grant proposal
- Provide assistance with the grant submission process

Post-Award Service
|
- Maintain a budget tracking system
- Assist with hiring
- Assist with purchasing supplies and equipment
- Be the contact with the various university offices (Human Subjects
Office, OSP, CON account technician)
- Be authorized as the signing authority for the Principal Investigator.
- Assist with preparing the mid-cycle and/or end-of-funding
reports to the funding agency.

SPSS Software
|
- SPSS software is available for installation. License charges are covered
by CONORS for CON researchers. All other faculty members or projects
must pay their own licensing fee.
- Your SPSS license must be renewed each year by July 31st. CONORS will
process the renewal for you.

CON Institutional Research Services |
- These services can be provided to administration or College
of Nursing committees/individuals to facilitate evaluation efforts. These
services may include but are not limited to questionnaire development and
data production, management, and data analysis.

Data Production and Management
|
- Questionnaire mailing.
- Telephone interviewing.
- Entering data into SPSS.
|
Posters, Flyers, and Brochures
|
- Conceptualization and preparation of posters, flyers, and brochures.
- Please contact the CONORS for the initial negotiation for the project.

Literature Retrieval
|
- CONORS can assist research active faculty members with
literature searches and retrievals. Please provide CONORS with a reference
list of the articles that you want. We will retrieve them for you via
the MSU Bozeman Library, on-line, and/or through interlibrary loan.

Please contact the CONORS Director and/or Manager to negotiate
services. There are charges for some of our services. Consultation services
are $25.00 per hour and all other services are $15.00 per hour. |
