Elizabeth Rink received her doctorate in Public Health from Oregon State University and holds a master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington. Dr. Rink's research interests include examining the individual, social, and environmental determinants of sexual health. Her research specifically includes work, on adolescent sexual health and depression, male reproductive and sexual health, and factors that influence sexually transmitted infection transmission among rural and American Indian populations. Dr. Rink's areas of expertise include qualitative and quantitative research methodologies as well as working with longitudinal data sets. She has extensive experience in the implementation and evaluation of community-based research projects and public health programs in rural, underserved settings. Dr. Rink has also conducted individual, group, and family clinical social work with children, adolescents, and their families in urban, rural, and wilderness settings.
