Dr. Christopher came to MSU in 1995 after completing her doctorate in Health Education and Health Behavior from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Her main area of interest is in community-based participatory research in community settings. She has been the principle investigator on grants totaling over $2,400,000. Her undergraduate and graduate students have been directly involved in many of her projects.
