Exam Scoring Services
In support of the Montana State University mission, the Exam Scoring Services
office facilitates the electronic scanning and scoring of mark-sense
(aka "bubble sheet") exam forms for departments and individual
instructors.
Options & Pricing
Mark-sense forms are available at a rate of $75 per box (500 forms). Our scanning and scoring services
are available at a rate of 10¢ per form scanned with a $5.00 setup
fee for each answer key required. These services are billed directly to your
department. Scoring results for your mark-sense forms are offered in three convenient options:
- Hardcopy print-out of current exam scores or reports.
- Email link to a secure website to access your grades, PDFs and Excel Files available.
- Web accessible gradebook maintained by individual instructor or maintained by Exam Scoring Services.
The Exam Scoring Services office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday,
except University holidays. Our office is located in room 49 of the Information Technology Center, in the basement of Renne Library.
No appointment is necessary, but because of the rush we experience at final exam time, we ask that
you schedule the scoring of those exams in advance by calling or emailing our office.
