Telephone Descriptions
We have many telephones that are available for purchase. The standard color of all of our phones on
campus is Ash. We can also order a phone for you out of our catalogs, if it is available. Below is
a list of the models that are currently available and the most popular among campus faculty and staff.

M2006 - Single-line telephone with 5 feature keys and Message Waiting Light.
M2008 Basic - Multi-line telephone with 8 buttons for lines and features, and
Message Waiting Light.
M2008 Display - Same as an M2008 Basic, but also has an LCD Display feature for Calling
Line ID, call timer, and dialed number display.
M2008 Handsfree - Same as the M2008 Basic, but has a Handsfree Speakerphone.
M2008 Handsfree Display - Same as the M2008 Basic, but has the LCD Display as well as the Message Waiting Light.
M2616 - Multi-line telephone with 16 buttons for lines and features, Handsfree Speakerphone and Message
Waiting Light. See image for M2616 Display.
M2616 Display - Same as M2616, but has an LCD Display feature.
M3902 - Single-line telephone with LCD Display, Handsfree Speakerphone, Message Waiting Light, Hold,
Transfer, and 3 feature buttons.
M3903 - Multi-line telephone (up to four lines) with LCD Display, Handsfree Speakerphone, and four soft-keys
for features. This has become a very popular phone on campus.
M3904 - Multi-line telephone with LCD Display, Handsfree Speakerphone, Message Waiting Light, 6 line or
feature buttons, and 4 programmable soft-keys for features.
