Telephone Services Personnel
Tom Morrison
Tom is the Associate Director of Network Systems & Operations and Communication Services for the Information Technology Center. Tom is at Extension 5069 and his email

David Zeter
David is now the Manager for Communication Services. David is at Extension 4671 and his email is
dzeter@montana.edu.
Silvia Harrington
Silvia joined Telephone Services in November 2006 as the Program Assistant. Silvia is the main Switchboard Operator. She also processes TNSR requests, repair calls, and distribution of all telephone directories. Silvia also manages repair requests, voicemail orders, TNSR questions, and designs and maintains the Telephone Services website. She also oversees the Telephone Coordinators training and newsletter. Silvia is also now responsible for all the telephone billing. Silvia can be reached at Extension 5050 and her email is

Vicky Lund
Vicky is our Telephone Maintenance Technician. She handles all repairs on campus telephones, as well as all the work order requests that are received. Vicky can be reached through our Telephone Repair line at Extension 2813. However, she does not receive the calls directly through this extension.

***We also have students that assist us. Beth Patterson has been with ITC-Telephone Services
for over three years. This year, we added Curt Schneidenbach to our student staff. We appreciate all the hard work they do for us!
