Alltel State Contract Information
The State Procurement Bureau signed a contract with Alltel for cellular telephone equipment and service.
There is also a Mobile Communications Device policy established by Montana State University that is effective August 1, 2006.
Please review policy
guidelines. Exceptions to the policy may be written in memo format and sent to Laura Humberger. Allowance forms are
available on the HR-Personnel and Payroll Services
website.

Alltel State Contract Authorization Form
- MUST BE SIGNED BY TELEPHONE SERVICES PERSONNEL for purchases of mobile communications devices and
plans by MSU departments. After completing this form, please
fax to Extension 1955 for one of our personnel to sign and authorize the purchase of the phone.
