Long Distance Information
Calling Cards
1-800 Incoming Call Service
Long Distance Information
Long distance is provided by Sprint on the MSU-Bozeman campus. Your billing detail is compiled
monthly by the Information Technology Services Division, or ITSD, in Helena. We then distribute the
call detail to all departments on campus and electronically bill the following month.
Should you find errors in your long distance, please email Silvia at
sharrington@montana.edu, and she will assist
you with answering your questions.

Calling Cards
Sprint Calling cards can be issued to any faculty or staff member. Simply email Silvia at
sharrington@montana.edu with your request and
the index # to which calls need to be billed. You may then come to our office in Renne Library Basement,
Room 58, Telephone Services, and we can issue the calling card.

1-800 Line Service
Incoming 800 service is available upon request. Set up charge is $110 and calls are billed at
11 cents per minute. A Telephone
& Network Service Request is required for completion of service. Please have your Telephone
Coordinator complete the form, including the extension the 800 line should ring on, location of
phone, the index number the calls should be billed to, and the index number the work should be
charged to. Be sure to sign the upper right hand corner! If you have any questions, please contact
Silvia at extension 5050.
