RE:                  Fiscal Year Updates

Fiscal Year-End Ordering

This is just a reminder that Fiscal Year ends June 30, 2006. If there are any special accessories you wish to order before the end of the year, please do so by 12:00 pm on Friday, June 16, 2006. This includes any Telephone & Network Service Requests that ask for new equipment to be ordered.

For any moves, adds, or changes (MACs) that you wish to have completed within this Fiscal Year, please send them into ITC – Telephone Services no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, June 19, 2006. If they are received after this date, we cannot guarantee they will be billed within the current Fiscal Year. The last billing for any moves, adds, and changes will be completed on June 30, 2006.

On requests for moves, adds, or changes, please state whether the work is to be completed within Fiscal Year 2006 or next Fiscal Year. This will ensure that it is billed in the proper year.

Request Deadline for Communication Wiring

For new jack installation requests, please have them submitted no later than Friday, June 9, 2006. This ensures that Communication Wiring can complete the request before the end of the fiscal year.

Index Number Changes

With the end of the fiscal year coming soon, please inform us of any changes to index numbers for your line or voicemail charges.

Charges for June will be included in FY 06, so if have index numbers that are changing, please let Chris know by emailing her at cbauer@montana.edu with the phone number(s) that will be affected, what the current index number is, and what it needs to be changed to.

Also, if there are index numbers changing for FY 07, please let Chris know, so July’s billing can be changed. If any questions, please call Chris at extension 1010.
