Most of the telephones we install are accompanied by a user guide. For many of the telephone
sets, you may refer to your campus telephone directory. You may also refer to
our dialing information online or call Silvia at extension 5050.

Software Feature Training
Most of the telephone sets' user guides will include instructions on how to use the software
features of their phone. However, because we have specific features available on campus, please refer
to your campus telephone directory or look online at our
feature instructions.

Telephone Coordinator Training
A Telephone Coordinators training seminar is available on an annual basis. We usually try to
schedule the seminar during Christmas Break (January), so many of you can attend. We will notify
you as to when these will occur.
