I Can't Dial Out On My Keypad
Before calling Telephone Repairs, check all your keys on your phone:
- If you have a digital phone, make sure that the arrow next to each key is not still lit. If it is, press the feature key
again to see if it goes away (obviously, if you have your phone on call forward, this arrow will be on and
would not effect your ability to dial).
- If none of your feature keys are stuck down, check your dial pad. Simply press each key individually
(with handset on receiver). You should be able to feel each of the keys being pressed down.
- Should you feel any keys stuck, or still unable to dial at that point, please call Extension 2813 from another
phone and report the problem to Telephone Repairs.
