I Can't Dial Internationally
Staff and faculty phones are not, by default, set up with international calling. If you need to have your phone upgraded
to international calling, please check with your Telephone Coordinator, who will be able to complete a
Telephone & Network Service Request Form.
If you need to check your class of service, please contact
Chris Bauer at Extension 1010 or the Operator at Extension 0.
Here are some other reasons as to why you may not be able to dial:
- Double check that you are dialing "8+011" prior to the country code. This code gets you off campus and out of the country.
- Verify your country code and city code are correct. You may contact Chris Bauer at Extension 0
to verify the information for you. You may also
click here to check yourself.
- You may also contact the AT&T International Operator by dialing "9 + 00". The Operator would also
be able to give you rates.
