Wireless Voice Mail
Step 1:
Accessing Your New Voice Mail
Access
your voice mail from your wireless phone by dialing *86 SEND, or from a landline
touchtone phone, dial your wireless phone number and press # to interrupt the
greeting.
Step 2:
Setting Up a New Password
Follow
the instructions and select a new password, 4 to 7 digits long. Enter the
password on your keypad, then press #. If you make a mistake, do not hang up.
The system will repeat the number you entered and let you try
again.
Step 3:
Labeling Your Voice Mail
Record
your name and then press #. Your name is the label for your voice
mailbox.
Step 4:
Setting Up Your Personal Greeting
To record
a personal greeting, press 1 and follow the prompts.

Mail Features
Voice
Mail Notification You will
be notified of a new voice mail message via a message icon on your digital phone
screen. When you see an envelope icon you know you have a message waiting for
you.
Single
Key Press — Lets
you save or delete messages at any time with just a single keystroke. Press 9 to
save messages or to 7 erase them.
Greeting
Skip — Others
calling you can now save valuable time by simply pressing * to skip your
greeting.
Number
Recognition — When
retrieving messages from your wireless phone by dialing #86, you will
immediately be asked for your password. You will not hear your personal greeting
or have to press # to interrupt it. (Default pass code 1+ last 4 digits of your
mobile #)
Auto Play

Automatically plays your messages as soon as you enter your voice mailbox and
then automatically saves them.
Delayed
Message Deletion — Oops!
Did you accidentally press “delete” instead of “save”? No problem. Your new
voice mail will not delete messages until after you hang
up.
Language
Option — Your
choice of prompts in English or Spanish.
