The MMCTFOA is offering a Memorial Scholarship to a limited number of clerks. Click here to read more.
Registration fees include: program fee, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, one ticket for the Thursday evening banquet, Continuing Education Unit fee, and program materials (binder with handouts from all presenters). Clerks from outside of Montana are subject to an out-of-state fee of $35. Non-members of the Montana Municipal Clerks, Treasurers, & Finance Officers Association (MMCTFOA) may obtain membership from the MMCTFOA for $50 or must pay the $25 non-member fee. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and travel costs.

cancellation policy
If notice of cancellation is received by the Local Government Center by April 24, 2009, the deposit will be refunded less $10. No refund will be made for cancellations received after that date. Substitute participants may be made at any time.
