Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music Education, received her BA from Luther College in Decorah, IA, and her MA in music education from the University of Minnesota. She is currently a doctoral student in music education at Boston University. Kristin teaches courses on assessment, methods courses for music majors and elementary school majors, graduate music education courses, and supervises student teachers. For eight years, Kristin taught elementary general music in North St. Paul, MN. She then taught for six years in the Bozeman public schools. As a member of the WAMSO (Minnesota Orchestra) writing team, she collaborated on a listening contest curriculum for fifth through eighth graders. Kristin has presented at workshops and conferences both in Montana and Minnesota.
