	Ronda Russell Director E-mail: rrussell@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-2452 Ronda, a native of Minnesota, received her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead MN and a master's degree from Montana State University. She and the rest of the Admissions team develop and manage a recruitment program which reaches well over 100,000 prospective MSU students from around the world annually. Ronda's favorite activities include hanging out with her family, running, hiking, biking, camping and just about anything else outdoors!
	Jennifer Dunn Assistant Director for New Student Programs E-mail: jendunn@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-2453 Jen grew up in Bozeman and is a Montana State University alum with a M.A. in History. She is in charge of the fall, spring and summer MSU Orientation programs and also plans our free visit program, MSU Friday, which occurs three times a year. She teaches HDCO 460 every spring semester, where 36 Orientation Leaders learn the process of advising and mentoring the incoming freshman class.
	Jennifer Kayser Assistant Director of Operations E-mail: jkayser@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-5544 Location: Room 106 Montana Hall Jen manages the budget and billing processes for the Office of Admissions and assists the Director as needed. She is a native Montanan and an MSU graduate.
	Mike Ouert Assistant Director of Recruitment E-mail: mrouert@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-5411 Mike plans and coordinates travel for Admissions Representatives throughout Montana and the U.S. He also visits high schools, attends college fairs and meets with prospective students and families on campus. Originally from Great Falls, Montana, he graduated from MSU in 2005 with a degree in History with a Teaching Option.
	Anders Groseth Admissions Representative E-mail: anders.groseth@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-4452 Anders graduated from MSU in 2008 with a degree in Liberal Studies. He has worked in Admissions since 2008. Admissions Representative responsibilities include visiting high schools, attending college fairs and meeting with prospective students and families on campus.
	Kelsy Traeger Admissions Representative E-mail: kelsy.traeger@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-1775 Kelsy is a MSU graduate with a B.S. in Anthropology. She is originally from New Hampshire and has been working in the Office of Admissions since 2007. Admissions Representative responsibilities include visiting high schools, attending college fairs and meeting with prospective students and families on campus.
	Hilja Mueller Admissions Representative E-mail: hilja.mueller@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-4971 Hilja graduated from MSU in 2006 with a B.S. in sociology and a psychology minor. She is from Butte, MT and has worked in the Office of Admissions since 2007. Admissions Representative responsibilities include visiting high schools, attending college fairs and meeting with prospective students and families on campus. She also coordinates the MSU AdvoCat program, and teaches an AdvoCat seminar throughout the year.
	Heather Wofford Minority Admissions Representative E-mail: heather.wofford@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-1983 Heather graduated from MSU in the Spring of 2010 with a degree in Natural Resources and Rangeland Ecology. Admissions Representative responsibilities include visiting high schools, attending college fairs and meeting with prospective students and families on campus. Heather also has an additional focus on minority students and she works with minority associations and support groups at MSU.
	Susan Reisch International Representative E-mail: sreisch@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-6462 Susan has been helping international students with the MSU admissions process for 10 years.
	Renee Douthit Campus Visit Coordinator E-mail: renee.douthit@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-1989 Renee coordinates personalized campus visits for prospective students and their families. Renee is a MSU graduate with a B.A. in photography. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, she has worked in the Office of Admissions since graduating in 2006.
	Kathy Adams Program Coordinator E-mail: mkadams@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-2454 Kathy coordinates all aspects of the recruitment mailing program for the Office of Admissions. Kathy also assists the Director of Admissions as needed.
	Sara Budt Program Assistant E-mail: sbudt@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-2827 Sara is a Bozeman native and graduated from MSU-Bozeman with a B.A. in History and a minor in English in 2005 and recently completed her Masters in Public Administration. Sara is currently working as a Program Coordinator in the Office of Admissions where she assists in the planning and organizing of Orientation and MSU Friday programs.
	Steve Burk Enrollment Management Analysis E-mail: sburk@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-7787 Steve is the technology specialist for the Office of Admissions. He oversees the Admissions web page development and maintenance. He also coordinates the prospective student email.
	Becky Roeder Assistant Director of Application Processing E-mail: broeder@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-5543 Becky directs the application processing team within the Office of Admissions. She works closely with the Office of International Programs to admit international students; she also provides admissions counseling and academic support to high school students wishing to attend MSU under our Early Admissions program. A 1975 Alum of MSU, Becky has been with MSU for almost 20 years helping students achieve their academic goals.
	Alanna Brown Admissions Evaluator E-mail: alanna.brown1@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-6620 Alanna processes admission applications and academic credentials for new students entering Montana State University. She organizes and processes information regarding residency for tuition purposes for incoming freshman and transfer students. Alanna is a Montana native who graduated from MSU in May 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Development, Family Science option. She enjoys being with friends and family, hiking, camping, being on the water, skiing and traveling!

She admits new freshman and transfer students to Montana State University, researches and evaluates academic coursework and transfer credits, and provides admissions counseling and academic support to students and families in collaboration with other MSU faculty and staff members. Sara is originally from Kentucky and is working on her Masters Degree in History. She enjoys traveling, college basketball and cheering on the Bobcats!

Diane is a Montana native who earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from MSU in May 2010 and enjoys reading, travel, and all of the wonderful outdoor activities Montana has to offer!

Originally from Northern California, Laurie loves the ocean and the mountains, travel, baseball, being with friends and family, and doing just about anything outdoors.

Originally from Miles City, MT, Sam is completing his senior year working toward a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and his long term goals include graduate school and being a published fiction author.

	Price Klaas Administrative Associate E-mail: price.klaas@montana.edu -- Phone: (406) 994-2452 Price is an Administrative Associate in the Office of Admissions at Montana State University. She is responsible for welcoming campus visitors, handling information from prospective student inquiries, running mailings, and maintaining the supply of departmental brochures and materials in the reception area. Price is a Bozeman native and graduated from Montana State University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Development-Family and Consumer Sciences.
