Prospective Curriculum Change Students (BSN)

Advising Appointment

Before prospective students can be switched over to Pre-Nursing, they must first read thoroughly and follow the instructions outlined in the Change of Curriculum information sheet provided by the College of Nursing.  Students must have at least a 3.0 MSU cumulative GPA and meet other criteria/requirements to change their curriculum to Pre-Nursing.  If eligible, students may contact Melissa Gutzman at melissak@montana.edu or by phone at (406) 994-2660 for an advising appointment.  Students must provide a copy of their current, unofficial transcripts for their advising appointment.

Change of Curriculum Process

You must complete a Change of Curriculum card.  Cards are available from the Registrar's Office, the College (Department) from which you are leaving, and/or the College (Department) to which you are transferring.  You will need to be signed out of your former department and signed into your new department. You will need to submit the card to the Registrar's Office for final, official processing.
