Montana Deaconess Alumni Scholarship
NAME OF SCHOLARSHIP: Montana Deaconess Alumni Scholarship
PURPOSE OF SCHOLARSHIP:
A scholarship fund established by the Great Falls Montana Deaconess Hospital
Nurses' Alumni Association. The trust is administered by the MSU-Bozeman Foundation.
NUMBER OF AWARDS: One (bi-annually: rotates with Genevieve
Burcham Memorial Scholarship)
VALUE: Varies
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Be a full-time student of Montana State University - Bozeman, currently
enrolled in the clinical nursing program at Great Falls Deaconess Hospital.
- Have a need for scholarship assistance.
NOMINATED BY: The nursing faculty in Great Falls.
SELECTED BY: The College of Nursing Scholarship Committee
NOMINATION DEADLINE: Mid-December
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The student is notified of the award and the donor is thanked by the Great
Falls Campus Scholarship Committee. The Assistant to the Dean's Office is responsible
for processing the Scholarship Authorization Form. Copies of all correspondence
to the recipient and donor should be sent to Bozeman for the central scholarship
files.
