BOZEMAN – Applications are due Feb. 1 for College of Agriculture student scholarships.

The MSU College of Agriculture is offering over $400,000 in scholarships to undergraduate students enrolling in MSU agricultural programs for the fall of 2002. To apply for these scholarships, students' applications must by post marked by Feb. 1.

The $400,000 is considerably more than double the scholarships available three year ago, says Don Kress, Associate Dean for Resident Instruction.

Students can apply for these and a host of other scholarships by filling out a one-page application form. These forms are available from every Montana high school guidance counselor. Application forms for current students, incoming students, and transfer students are also available on the web at www.montana.edu/agriculture/College/Academic/Scholarships.html along with a list of scholarships.

For more information about MSU agricultural scholarships, contact Lynn Speakman at 406-994-5744.
