Undergrad and grad aerospace
scholarship competition announced

BOZEMAN -- Applications for $1,000 undergraduate scholarships and $10,000 graduate fellowships are received by the Montana Space Grant Consortium in the spring of each year.

The awards for the 1996-97 academic year were made April 1, 1996, but you can obtain information about the following year's grants at any time. Grants are made on a competitive basis to students enrolled in fields related to the aerospace sciences and engineering. Examples of related fields include biological and life sciences, chemistry, geological sciences, physics and astronomy, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, computer sciences and civil engineering.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen enrolled as a full-time student at a campus belonging to the Montana Consortium. Awards are for one year, but are renewable on a competitive basis.
