Advising Goals
Sustained, effective communication to all majors of the
requirements for degrees. Clear communication with
non-majors of opportunities to study in MTA minors,to take MTA
CORE courses, and to select MTA electives.
Advising Policy
The department head advises all entering and transfer
students and assigns a permanent advisor to each MTA major
according to curriculum option declared and student
interest.
