Information on requirements for new undergraduate courses is available in the New Undergraduate

New undergraduate courses require:
Note: Special Topics courses (291, 491) use the same form and narrative, just a shorter review
process.
If the proposed course is to be a CORE course, you will also need:
- CORE Course Application Cover Sheet
- New CORE Course Narrative (Word template)
- Information for applying for CORE designation

- Sample Syllabi: As used for a course, Condensed syllabus for common course numbering
- Student conduct boilerplate for use on syllabi
