Rebecca Brooker

Dr. Rebecca J. Brooker
Lab Director

Dr. Brooker is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Montana State University. She completed her undergraduate degree in her home state of Iowa before moving to Pennsylvania to do her graduate work at Penn State. She then spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin before moving to MSU. She and her husband both work in the Psychology department and are thrilled to make their new home among the beautiful views, outdoor fun, and wonderful neighbors of Bozeman.

Randi Phelps

Randi Phelps
Lab Manager

Randi is a senior psychology student at Montana State University. After she completes her bachelor’s degree, she plans to get her masters in a neuropsychology, neuroimmunology, or temperament research program. She then hopes to get her Ph.D. to better equip her for future research. Randi loves hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. Randi is excited to be a part of the DOME Lab and can’t wait to meet new faces!

Jessica Stratton

Jessica Stratton
Volunteer Research Assistant

Jessica is a senior in psychology at Montana State University. Her interests include cognitive psychology and developmental psychology. She is particularly interested in mental disorders, especially anxiety and mood disorders. She recently discovered an interest in web design while developing the website for this lab and will be pursuing further knowledge in this area. Her goals are to recieve her bachelors degree from MSU and attend a graduate school in counseling. She hopes to become a lisenced counselor or therapist specializing in marriage and families.

Lindsey Whitcomb

Lindsey is a Sophomore in psychology at Montana State University. She loves anything outdoors from hiking, biking, playing with her kids, and entertaining. She plans to graduate with her bachelors degree in psychology at MSU and then continue for a liscensing in Addiction Counseling. She would love to find a job here in Bozeman and get even more settled into the community.

Holly is a sophomore at Montana State University. She plans to get her bachelors degree in psychology while also studying pre-med. Although undecided on whether she wants to attend PA school or get a masters in psychology after graduating MSU, her interests lie in neuroscience and she would like to continue in that direction. She loves helping and working with people, and will continue to do that no matter where her future takes her.

Francesca Pirolo

Francesca Pirolo
Volunteer Research Assistant

Francesca Pirolo is a senior earning a B.S. in Psychology at Montana State University. She has been heavily involved in psychology research during the past three years. Previously, she spent a summer working in a neurobiology lab with a focus on neuropathic pain. In conjunction with assisting in the DOME lab, Francesca also works on the NSF funded project, ADVANCE Project Tracs. The work includes encouraging the participation of women faculty in STEM and underrepresented areas of Social and Behavioral Science (SBS). Francesca's areas of interest include public interest advocacy, projects focused on enhancing quality of life, and grant writing.

Joseph is a sophomore in psychology at Montana State University. He joined the DOME lab as a volunteer rearch assistant in 2013.

Wyatt is a senior in psychology at Montana State University. He enjoys all aspects of psychology,but likes neuropsychology the most. Some of his hobbies include Snowboarding, hiking, and fishing. He would like to get his masters in the next few years.

Maile All

Maile All
Volunteer Research Assistant

Maile is a Senior at Montana State University getting a dual degree in cell biology and neuroscience and psychology with a minor in Spanish. She loves doing any and all outdoor activities and adores animals. She loves being involved in campus clubs such as the Spanish Club, the Outdoor Club, and Alpha Gamma Delta. She volunteers at the Humane Society, teaches Spanish at Irving Elementary School, works at a physical therapy clinic as an aide, and just got her EMT license. She is hoping to go to medical school to become a doctor and work as either a pediatrician or family practice doctor. She could not be more excited to be involved with the DOME lab!

Andrew Manigault

Andrew is a senior Psychology student at Montana State University. His interests include social cognition, neuropsychology, and mindfulness research. He is particularly interested in unconscious thought theory and the relevant factors that may facilitate the consideration of unconscious thought output. His goals are to obtain a bachelors degree in psychology and earn a PhD in social cognition. His passions lay primarily in experimental research and music.

Brittany is a senior at Montana State University majoring in cell biology and neuroscience and minoring in history. She plans on going to medical school and specializing in neurology. After receiving her MD, she hopes to start an outreach program to educate parents and coaches about concussions in young athletes.
