When sending documentation to DSS, IT IS NOT SECURE to send via e-mail as an attachment nor give full names and sensitive infomation in correspondence via e-mail. DSS strongly suggests that all communication is done via phone, letters "snail mail," or fax. E-mail is great for simple inquiries or requests for DSS to call and speak about specific issues.
