A block of 100 rooms is being held for conference attendees at a reduced rate of $67.00 for single occupancy and $72.00 for multiple occupants. A 4% accommodation tax is additional. To ensure that you receive the conference rate, when making your reservations tell the Holiday Inn representative that you are taking part in the conference. These conference rates are not guaranteed after August 28, 1997.
You are responsible for making your own reservations. Should you subsequently find that you cannot attend the conference, please be sure to cancel your room reservations. Cancellations should be made by 6:00 pm the day of arrival to avoid any penalty. The Holiday Inn provides a free shuttle from the Bozeman airport.
