OSHA is a part of the US Department of Labor. They set standards that outline safe working conditions.

Montana DLI - Department of Labor and Industry
MT DLI promots the well-being of Montana's workers, employers, and citzens, and upholds their rights and responsibilities. MT DLI has adopted the OSHA standards and are the compliance officials in the state of Montana.

CDC - Center for Disease Control and Prevention
CDC works with partners throughout the US and world to create the expertise, information, and tools that people and communicties need to protect their health - through health promotion, prevention of disease, injury and disability, and preparedness for new health threats.

RMTD - Risk Management & Tort Defense
RMTD provides loss prevention services, insurance coverage for MSU and other state agencies to protect the state's vital assets and resources from teh adverse consequences of claims and losses, claims adjudication, and legal defense.
