If your club plans on traveling for a club-related event, please be sure to check out the forms needed for club travel here. Scroll down to Student Affairs, then click on "Student Trips" and scroll down to section 1000.00 for forms.

If your club plans to rent a vehicle through MSU Transportation Services, you will need to drop by our office to pick up a "Vehicle Use Permission" form.

Finally, if you will be using a van for travel, you are strongly advised to take a van safety driving course through the Office of Safety & Risk Management. Call them at 994-2711 for more information.
