Network, Systems and Operations
The Network Systems and Operations group provides services to the research, instructional, and administrative communities at Montana State University. These services include the planning, development, acquisition, and operation of institutional networking and telecommunications services, information systems, data administration, and information technology infrastructure support.
As part of the Montana University System, NSO joins with the other technical units of higher education and the State of Montana Information Technology Services Division to operate and maintain a statewide information network that interconnects all campuses of the University System as well as other educational and governmental entities of Montana.
NSO combines three major functions: Network Services, Server Systems Management, and Operations Support.

Interested in paying a visit to our group? Make sure you come during our hours of operation. We are located on the south side of the Renne Library down in the basement. Sure, it's kind of out of the way, but its home.
Hours of Operation
The office hours for Network Services and Server Systems Management are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
The office hours for Operations including the Help Desk are 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday thru Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm.
