What are the options when choosing a meal plan? |
Students living the Residence Halls can choose between the 5-day or 7-day meal plan. If a student has lived on campus for more than 5 consecutive semesters then can choose an option from our commuter meal plans described in the blue square below. |
| |
What is included with a meal plan? |
Both the 5-day and 7-day meal plans include $100 on your Food Cash Account. Meal plans allow for unlimited access during hours - All You Care to Eat - and the ability to eat any of the three dining halls (listed below). |
| |
Where can I use my meal plan? |
Meal plans can be used at any of the three dining halls; Miller Dining Hall - located between North and South Hedges on the west end of campus, Harrison Dining Hall - located in Johnstone/Mullan halls on the north end of campus, and Hannon Dining Hall located in Hannon Hall on the east end of campus. To eat at retail operations in the Student Union Building or at the Habit Restaurant, use your Food Cash dollars and receive a 10% discount. |
| |
What is the difference between the meal plan options? |
The 5-day allows for access Monday-Friday and the 7-day allows access Saturday-Sunday. The 7-day costs approximately $229 more per semester or $15 for each weekend (less than $2.50 per meal). If a student plans on being in the halls for five or more weekends in a semester, it is to their financial benefit to go with the 7-day plan. |
