SHARED GOVERNANCE LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE REPORTS
as submitted to CEPAC, 2004-05
This is, as yet, an informal committee comprising CEPAC, Faculty and Professional Councils, ASMSU and the newly-created association of retired faculty. The committee aims to meet monthly to discuss common issues of concern to each of the represented groups.
December 16, 2004 - meeting cancelled.
October 21, 2004 - topics discussed: (1) the 10/19/04 meeting with Allegiance, (2) H and PE complex renovations, (3) TRS and TIAA-CREF retirement issues (CEPAC had been asked to provide usage numbers for classified, which they did), (4) format for continued meetings. Due to Board of Regents meeting on 11/18, CRUD will not meet again until December.
October 7, 2004 - the newly created Shared Governance Leadership Committee, instigated by Warren Jones (Faculty Council chair). It comprises CEPAC, Faculty and Professional Councils, ASMSU and the newly-created association of retired faculty met for the first time. The committee aims to meet monthly to discuss common issues of concern to each of the represented groups.
