Montana State University Career Fair Fee Schedule
We are now taking registrations for the Career Fair tent.The tables in the ballrooms and 275/276 are SOLD OUT as of 8/21.
The tent will be located immediately outside the north entrance of the Strand Union Building (this is a new location from last year) in a high-traffic area. It will be comfortably heated and refreshments will be provided.
Employers in the tent will be heavily promoted to the student body.
6 foot table - $350 - Includes table, breakfast, lunch, materials for two representatives, and one parking voucher.
12 foot table - $575 -
Includes table, breakfast, lunch, materials for four representatives, and two parking vouchers.
Premium Sponsorship - $1100 - Sold out as of 4/22/08 - Includes skirted table in a premium location, full-page color ad in the booklet, breakfast, lunch, materials for four representatives, your company logo featured on our website, and two parking vouchers. Limited number available. Tables are assigned in the order registrations are received.
Full-page color ad - $530
Half-page color ad - $370
Full-page black & white ad - $185
Half-page black & white ad - $130
Electricity hook-up - $25
Additional representatives - $40 each over the number allowed for your table
Interview space the day following the fair (subject to availability):
Large room (suitable for 2-3 interviewers) - $75
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after 5:00 PM 4 weeks prior to the fair date. All refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
