This event is held to highlight student research in the Earth Sciences Department. Undergraduate and Graduate students working in the Earth Sciences (Geology, Geography, Paleontology, and Snow Science) present oral presentations and posters on their current research. This event is organized by the student body and is open for anyone to attend. This event has been a huge success in the past and this year looks even better. With almost 40 presentations last year we attracted audience members from all over the country and from a variety of industries. In addition, we handed out prizes to the best oral and poster presenters.
