Ed Dunbar

Ed Dunbar is an Assistant Professor of Counseling at Montana State University. He completed his doctoral studies at East Carolina University in Greenville North Carolina. Prior to his academic career, he worked in a variety of clinical roles specializing in addictions, criminality, and mental health counseling. He has served as a member of re-entry task forces and programs addressing the re-entry needs of people within the criminal justice system. His research interests include spirituality, counselor supervision, personality disorders, addictions, and criminality in rural areas. In his free time, he enjoys beekeeping, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wonderful wife and dogs.
