Leah Dahlin

Leah is dually licensed as both a School Counselor and a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana. She has been practicing for over 10 years and specializes in using Internal Family Systems Model to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues and addictions.

Leah graduated from Montana State University with a Master’s of Education degree in School Counseling in 2009. She took her first position in Salt Lake City, Utah at a Junior High School, where she worked with 7th-9th grade students. In the summer of 2010 she was hired as the Middle/High School Counselor for St. Ignatius Public Schools on the Flathead Indian Reservation. During her tenure at St. Ignatius Schools, Leah earned her Addictions Counseling Certificate through Montana State University. In the fall of 2013 Leah returned to Bozeman to pursue clinical hours for LCPC licensure and was hired as the Bridger Alternative Program School Counselor, which is where she worked until June of 2016. In July of 2015 Leah became licensed by the state of Montana as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She is currently an Adjunct Professor for the Addictions Counseling Program at Montana State University and has a full time Teletherapy practice. Montana is her first love and she enjoys all outdoor adventures with her husband and two dogs, Otis and Elcee.
