Sabrina Hadeed-Duea is a counselor, a professor, clinical supervisor and a consultant. She draws on her extensive experience with group and individual work, addiction, family systems, and ecotherapy to offer insight and walk alongside individuals seeking therapy in the Bend, Oregon area.

Sabrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling from Oregon State University. Beyond education, though, Sabrina has over 15 years of experience in the counseling field. Her experience spans across a diverse landscape of environments from crisis call centers, in-school day treatment programs, and inpatient psychiatric facilities – to wilderness therapy and private practice settings. She has been influenced by the work of Irvin Yalom, Rollo May, Carl Rogers, Bessel van der Kolt, and of course her students.

In 2019, Sabrina opened her own private practice in downtown Bend, Oregon called Bend Ecotherapy. She provides in office services and also integrates ecotherapy modalities in her practice. She especially enjoys working with clients who have experienced recent trauma and are seeking EMDR to work through trauma. Additionally, Sabrina provides supervision and consultation to other therapists.

She is an adjunct professor an adjunct for Montana State University’s Online Addictions Counseling Program, as well as, at Oregon State University in the Masters in Clinical Counseling Program.

Sabrina lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband, Eric, and their daughter, Adira. When she isn’t teaching or in session you can find her hiking, fishing, kayaking, SUPing, cooking, binge watching Netflix series, cooking, and hanging out with her family. She often wishes she were singing more, dancing more, and participating in performance art.
