Computer scientist and military defense developer 60th anniversary of MSU graduation

Born in San Francisco to native Montanans, Maury Irvine moved with his mother to the family ranch south of Cardwell at the age of nine. He rode horseback five miles each way to a one room school house. The family moved to Butte a few years later, where Irvine graduated from high school in 1941. Read more...

The Model Arab League is a nationwide simulation of the 22-country Arab League summit where students represent country committees in formal debate. This year, the MSU team was assigned to represent Algeria, Egypt, Yemen, Qatar, Jordan and Mauritania in the competition. Read more...
