Tracy Maxwell- A conversation about hazing

Maxwell is the founder of and executive director of HazingPrevention.Org, headquartered in Denver. Maxwell was a member of her collegiate chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and has worked in and around higher education throughout her career. She has written extensively on the subject of hazing, been interviewed by a number of media outlets including ABC News, the New York Times and NPR, and appeared as a guest on ESPN's Outside the Lines.
Prior to founding HazingPrevention.Org, Maxwell was the executive director of CAMPUSPEAK, the nation's premier agency for educational speakers and programs of interest to college students. Maxwell holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Western Kentucky University and a master's in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She served in a consulting role as Greek solutions coordinator for the National Interfraternity and Panhellenic Conferences, then as coordinator of Greek Life and community service at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater before joining CAMPUSPEAK.
