The Ecology Department, in collaboration with the U.S. Geological Survey, will welcome Dr. Tim Coulson to campus for a special seminar.
Dr. Coulson is Professor of Zoology at the University of Oxford and the Chief Editor of Ecology Letters. He works on linking ecological and evolutionary dynamics in theory, in the lab and in the field. He develops theory and tests it using data from laboratory systems (bulb mites) and field systems (mainly mammals). Field systems include red deer in Scotland, and wolves in Yellowstone National Park.
This seminar is free and open to the public. Limited seating available.
