Group Exercise is hosting a free Core de Force class for freshmen only!
Stop by North Hedges at 7 p.m. to join in on this certified instructor lead class.
Core de Force is a class broken into 3-minute "rounds"- just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes you'll attack boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai combinations, and bodyweight moves. Plus, a fat-blasting cardio spike in every round.
No prior sign up is required and equipment is provided. All participants will be entered to win a free unlimited semester Group Exercise pass to use at the Hosaeus Fitness Center.
