Please join Kristin L. Bailey, Attorney at Law, as she helps take the mystery and anxiety out of planning for you and your family’s future. Kristin will share important concepts and methods to help individuals and families achieve peace of mind and avoid unnecessary future conflict. She will discuss wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives.
Kristin and her law firm here in Bozeman, Bailey Law Group PLLC, specialize in estate planning, conservation easements and business law. After growing up in Fort Benton on her family’s wheat farm and getting her undergraduate degree in California, Kristin received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado, and is currently working toward an Executive LL.M. in Taxation through NYU School of Law. Prior to law school, she served for five years in Washington, DC as a member of Max Baucus’ Senate staff, where she focused on nonprofit policy and tax policy. During Kristin’s law school career, she clerked at the Natural Resources Law Center, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, The Nature Conservancy, and the law firm of Burns, Figa, and Will, P.C. She went on to practice law at the firm of Trout, Raley, Montaño, Witwer and Freeman, P.C. in Denver, Colorado before establishing this firm. Kristin is licensed to practice law in Montana and Colorado.
