Jam and Jelly Making: 125 Years of Food Preservation with MSU Extension

Big Horn County Extension will be offering Jam and Jelly Making 125 Years of Food Preservation with MSU Extension. The focus of this class will be learning how to make Jams and Jellies.
MSU Extension has been the leading educator of food preservation classes for the last 125 years. Come and join us during the first session of a special Food Preservation workshop series this summer. Other sessions are scheduled for July 21 and August 11, 2018.
The Jam and Jelly workshop is for adults and youth 14 and up and begins at 9:00AM June 9th. Participants will learn how to make jam and jelly using proper canning methods, tools and equipment. Each participant will leave with a jar at the end of the workshop.
