The second workshop in the Exploring Wellness series at the Hosaeus Fitness Center is Breaking Down Hydro Run taught by author and Hydro Interval Training (HIT) Method creator Melis Edwards.
This one-hour workshop looks at primary strokes in the Hydro Run method of deep water training specifically diving into the subtle micro-corrections which can be seen by the hydro coach and made by a participant. Located in the Hosaeus Fitness Center pool, this workout allows for a greater range of motion while protecting participants from the ground force trauma associated with land-based fitness programs. Participants do not need to know how to swim.
The cost is $5. Register online at Montana.edu/GetFit by selecting the Program Registration button and then Fitness Programs.
