- Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
- Barnard Hall, 127 - view map
Academic Technology and Outreach will be hosting a drop-in session for TechSmith Relay in the Teaching and Learning Technology Studio (127 Barnard Hall) to give both new and experienced users a chance to sit-down, ask questions and learn more about the tool with ATO staff.
TechSmith Relay is the university's centrally supported tool for lecture capture, allowing users to record their voice over screencasts from their computer or mobile devices. Finished videos are automatically uploaded and saved to the TechSmith servers and can then be shared with users inside the institution, or downloaded to be hosted on other sites.
TechSmith Relay can be used for:
-Lecture Capture in the classroom
-Developing training videos for software and other computer based applications
The session is open to any faculty, staff and students who are interested in the tool.
